Below are my offerings. We can cover everything from preparing and finishing up all your paperwork, to helping you with services and after care for your loved ones. It is my goal to empower the family unit with strength and guidance that I can support along the way in any manner that you are comfortable with.

Some of these terms may be foreign to you. That is ok. I can walk through your needs and services on your free 30 minute consultation. Simply book a consultation below and we can go over everything.

Starter Kit- $500

• Client Care Visit - Up to 2 Hours

• Corresponding texts and emails included

• One on one with Client

• Caregiver/Loved One Support Meeting

• Completion of POLST or AHCD

• Follow up Meeting to Deliver Care Plan - Up to 2 Hours

Addional Services

• MAID (Medical Aid in Dying)
